Individual founders will build and launch their companies with our support through a ten-week residency. Startups with an existing team of founders will be fast-tracked to pitch if ready for fundraising. 

Residency Details

Our next residency in Indonesia starts on 19th February 2024.

• The residency runs for 10 weeks, full-time, in-person in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• During the residency, you will ideate and find your co-founder(s) from the cohort of 60-80 founders.
• Your calendar will be packed with masterclasses, workshops, fireside chats, speaker events, hackathons, and bootcamps that will equip you with the fundamentals of venture building.
• At the end of the 10 weeks, you will present your team and business idea to the Antler Investment Committee. If accepted, you will receive a pre-seed investment of US$125,000 for 10% equity, and join Antler’s portfolio.
• As an Antler portfolio company, you will receive personalised coaching from our partners and access our global network of advisors and talent to help you scale.
• When you are ready, you will showcase your startup at a Demo Day, where we invite VCs, institutional investors, and angel investors to help you raise your seed round.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for exceptional people with a strong strategy, business, product, or tech experience who want to build their own tech venture. Join us if you have any of the following:

• Proven track record in management consulting, business development, strategy planning, investment banking, corporate development, or an operating role in a high-growth startup
• Deep experience in software engineering or product management and design
• Ability to identify gaps and opportunities to build software and platforms that solve real problems and challenges 
• Experience in working with managerial leadership teams and venture capital investors
• Know-how in growing and operating a business across markets and functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for resilience to keep going amidst adversity
