Job Description
Lead the strategic plan, target setting process (working in close co-ordination with various functions), and company’s KPI establishments in alignment with company vision, reporting on a periodic basis the achievement against the plan to the shareholders, participating in key strategic projects and preparing competitive analysis and trends.
Lead strategic review and act as a source of new ideas for generating business growth and/or fostering company’s efficiency.
Lead the design, preparation and consolidation of key financial outputs Financial monthly reporting, Financial and Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecasts, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Target assessment.
Coordinate and manage the financial inputs and outputs from all key stakeholders such as Accounting and Actuarial teams, Marketing, Distribution, IT, HR and Operations.
Other Requirements Include
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Actuarial Sciences.
Min. 10 years working experience in Insurance and consulting.
Solid knowledge and strong competency of General insurance business, Finance, Accounting, and project management.
