Training & Development Collection Staff

• Conduct New Joiner Training.
• Provide Refreshment Training and Coaching for existing employees.
• Identify problems and investigate findings regarding visit quality.
• Analyze the results of field collector visits.
• Check and ensure that all documents for newly recruited field officers are in place and properly archived.
• Update & Review Training Material on a monthly basis.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Investigator, or QC.
• Strong interest in the financial technology industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
• Fluent in both Bahasa and English (preferably).
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
