Job Role

• Assisting all needs for User Operation team
• Collaborate with teams to complete ad hoc submissions or other important matters while assisting with other departmental projects.
• Participate in product function analysis, based on suggestion feedback issues and feedback from departments, promote continuous product optimization and optimize user experience.
• Work directly with our headquarter in Beijing for project operational needs

️ Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (min. HSK 5)
• Familiar and comfortable in a fast paced working environment
• Graduated from China’s university is a plus
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field is a plus
• Have experience in operation, someone coming from a Chinese company is a plus
• Have good copywriting skill
• Able to work as a team
• Attention to details and a fast learner
