Qualifications:

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required. Some employers may accept degrees in business administration or construction science with relevant coursework.

Experience & Knowledge:

• At least 10 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure projects such as gas processing plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities.
• Experience with project management software and construction management systems is often required.
• Prior experience in gas processing plant construction or related sectors (such as oil and gas, energy, or chemical processing) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and assess project impacts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Proven leadership abilities, including experience supervising staff, managing projects, and coordinating multi-agency efforts.
