Job Description

Be part of the NPD team and ensure On time in full delivery of all procurement-related KPIs.

Develop new suppliers and ingredients as per the business needs.

Developing source plan for the categories which are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Construct & use budgets to manage & monitor spending for the category.

Drive and deliver margin improvement / Cost saving initiative in line with department/business targets.

Identify opportunities in order to achieve a model of total-cost control, and cost containment targets and add value to the area of expenditure through a total cost orientation.

Identify, implement & continuously improve systems & processes in order to deliver greater effectiveness of service for the company.

Adhere to Procurement processes and actively make use of bidding to leverage category.

Manage relationships and ways of working with key suppliers in order to align understanding & commitment with business expectations.

Conduct supplier review meetings to ensure continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Demonstrate & perform in accordance with sound business ethics, purchasing & supply standards, policies.

Support in developing the innovation capability of the suppliers so as to drive business growth through Supplier Led Innovation.
