Infrastructure Engineer - BSD

Job Description:

• Prepare terms of reference (TOR) and conduct a tender process (aanwijzing and clarification) for the appointment of an infrastructure planning consultant (grading work, pavement and road canals, retaining walls (DPT) and perimeter canals, maindrains, bridges, overpasses, underpasses, M/E infrastructure, etc.).
• Lead, coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, also review the design and deliverables of the consultant.
• Conduct in-house infrastructure planning designs (grading, pavement and road channels, DPT and perimeter channels, maindrains) with reference to the master detailed engineering design (DED) from the consultant.
• Carry out the tender process (aanwijzing and contractor clarification).
• Conduct site visits related to the design of infrastructure planning, the construction process and for the land handover process to other sub-business units (SBU).
• Handle and resolve problems that arise, both in the planning process and in the field, together with related parties.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety requirements and applicable laws.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in infrastructure planning (consultant owner).
• Ability to operate computers (Microsoft Office) and Civil 3D (grading design, pavement and road channels, DPT and perimeter channels, maindrain).
• Knowledge of civil working drawings and building materials.
• Knowledge of infrastructure construction, especially bridge structures, overpasses and underpasses.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  
• Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
