️ Requirements

• Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphic design and animation,with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Technological Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the latest motion graphic software, tools, and technologies. Stay updated on emerging trends in the tech industry that can be integrated into motion graphic projects.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a team of motion graphic artists and designers.
• Creative Vision: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas, concepts, and project progress to clients and team members.
• Agility and Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the capacity to pivot and adjust strategies as needed.
• Portfolio: A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise in motion graphics, creativity, and trendsetting projects,if you had experience in Projection mapping or multimedia works is a plus.
