This role is pivotal to the company driving the marketing & communication agenda for the largest brand in Kanmo’s portfolio. There are 3 dimensions to this role. Firstly the strategic role which requires the candidate to construct, shape and bring to life the value proposition of the brand to customers in a compelling and impactful manner. Secondly an executional focus which requires close coordination with a host of other teams within the department including digital media, creative services (including design, events etc) & critically merchandising and operations to ensure that efforts are focused and coherent behind the right initiatives. Last but not least is revenue and profitability management especially as it pertains to driving traffic, ensuring ROI/ROAS on marcom initiatives and ultimately positioning the brand to achieve higher GM’s.
