Job Responsibility Quantity Surveyor Manager:

Job Description:

1. Prepare the Project Investment Establishment (PIE) for new project
2. Carried out end to end tender process of consultant and contractor
3. Prepare payment to consultant and contractor trough interim payment valuation
4. Control the variation order, assess the variation order from consultant and contractor.
5. Prepare project cash flow and liaise with finance department

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience Quantity Surveyor in Real Estate industry
2. Have knowledge on construction methodology and prices
3. Proficient in English (oral and writing), Mandarin would be advantage
