Real Estate Specialist

Mission statement:

Manage a Real Estate property/portfolio; and implement the Real Estate strategy to improve profitability, cost effectiveness and meet established goals.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the management or supports the management of the organization's real estate activities including site location and acquisition, building and land acquisition and disposition, and space leasing.

• You will arrange or assist with arranging the purchase or construction of facilities and/or negotiating the leases of facilities and ensure proper documentation of lease or purchase transactions.

• You will be responsible for planning in regard to site locations and availability and make recommendations as appropriate for the disposal of properties.

• You will maintain and manage relationships with outside vendors and consultants and act as a community zoning committee liaison.

• You will make sure on Safety Zero harm – (in conjunction with HSE) to ensure all activities led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.

• You will manage space planning, efficient allocation and administration of space utilization in occupied buildings and co-location concepts, eliminate vacancies with flexible subleases.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor's degree in relevant field.

• Minimum 10 years working experience in Real Estate or facility related fields.

• Strong background in project management, lease negotiation and facility management.

• Proactive and good team player, high attention to detail and customer focus attribute.

• Able to multitasks and work with minimum supervision.

• Good command of English and communication skills.
