About The Role

Gojek Central West Java offers an excellent experience for a talented leader to join our Gojek team based at the Semarang office. You will be responsible for developing Gojek products by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans across various touch points namely visibility, partnership, and digital to name a few. You will also be responsible for the marketing funnel of Gojek products across the representative region aligned with the headquarter initiatives. You will work closely with the CE and cross functional team.

• Collaborate with regional CE team to create strategy for users growth and profitability improvement
• Supporting RCEM Visibility and Digital Persona to construct marketing campaign with coherent thinking process, strong data robust, and creative approach to drive business growth
• Deliver growth by utilizing demand generation campaign and in-app media utilization
• To support RCEM Visibility & Partnership to drive consumer engagement focus areas in terms of Visibility & Partnership which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver District target completed orders and active users.
• Ensure all consumer engagement activities in districts & branches are delivered with a given standard of accuracy, completeness, timeliness as per the standard package and local initiatives.Internally work with direct responsibility to deliver district executions and targets with close coordination with Regional CE Manager in executing events, exhibits, and other activities.
• Develop and execute clear integrated strategies of digital marketing with clear metrics and excellent results.
• Setting the integrated communications plan and ensure consistency of messaging and brand communications. Working closely with the sales, government relations, and operations team

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing/ Digital Marketing
• Good understanding of local market knowledge especially area Central and West Java province
• Strong analytical and planning skill
• Good, collaboration, communication and presentation skill
• Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and in a team
• Agile and fast in thinking and executions
• Prior exposure of working at a top global FMCG/ Technology company would be a plus point
• Willing to work on a 4 Months Contract Based (Maternity Replacement)

Region Consumer Engagement Associate or called RCEA works as a center of excellence for users growth strategy in respective regions. He/she will collaborate intensively with the Region CE team to drive consumers and win their perception. He/she will have matrix support in every district called Consumer Engagement Associate who run and execute all strategies defined. RCEA will report to Region CE Sr. Manager
