Sales Development Executive

Hello jobseekers! On of our clients, an exciting start-up from Indonesia in the  bitumen/asphalt industry is currently looking for a Sales Development Executive  to join their every growing team! Client Details:
Our client is a start-up based in Indonesia that is committed to delivering top-quality bitumen and 3M products while building long-lasting relationships with their clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
• Lay the groundwork for building strong client relationships from the ground up in the construction, bitumen, 3M product distribution and oil lubrication sectors.
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Business Development to develop innovative sales strategies tailored to their target markets
• Achieve sales target and objectives
• Drive sales growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our product and services
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to inform strategic decision making. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (B2B)
• Proven experience in the bitumen, 3M and oil lubrication industries is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of  sales principles and techniques, with a knack of building rapport with clients. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales target
• Can work under pressure and has high adaptability skills 
• Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. 
• Valid driver's license as travel is necessary for this position. 
• Domicile in Jabodetabek is preferred. 
• Professional level English speaking skills.
