Senior Manager, Legal & Compliance

Under the supervision of the local President Director and functionally under supervision of Vice President - Head of Legal AP, and in close cooperation with any Department to provide legal advices or to assist company needs in connection with PT B. Braun Medical Indonesia, PT B. Braun Pharmaceutical Indonesia and Koperasi Karyawan B. Braun Indonesia on any legal issues
Duties and responsibilities
- Give accurate and timely counsel of legal expertise and support all Department in a variety of legal topics (corporate law, government law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
- To provide clarification on legal language or specifications to all Departments in the organization.
- Draft and solidify agreements, including confidentiality agreement and other legal documents to adhere the company’s policies and to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Manage any changes to the Articles of Association of the Company, ie. changes in capital, changes in organization structure, such as changes in Commissioners or Directors, and other changes in the company.
- Liaising with external lawyer (International and locale) in handling legal dispute.
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies in any legal issues.
- To supports legal issues and legal case in the company by researching cases, preparing case summaries, compiling a strong evidence and any pertinent legal information needed to obtain the best solutions.
- Develops and periodically reviews and updates Standards Code of of Conduct to ensure has been implemented by all employees.
- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
- Manage any changes to the Articles of Association of the Cooperative ie. changes in capital, changes in organization structure, such as changes in Management and Superintendent, and other changes in the Cooperative, arranging to the Notary public and Ministry of Cooperative.
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Law.
- Has passed PKPA.
- At least 3-5 years in a law firm plus at least 5-8 years as inhouse legal counsel, preferably in a MNC in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to handling multitasking works with high volume activity.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity

- Be able to work well within cross Division and/or Department
