JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Manage the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, relevant regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, ensuring that they understand and comply with their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and report progress against the project plan, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained before work begins.
• Maintain effective communication with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that any defects are identified and rectified in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment for all site workers.
Requirements:
• Education : Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site management, preferably in the fitting-out construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Able to speak in ENGLISH Intermediate Level will be better.
• Freshgraduate or 1-2 years experience.
• English or Mandarin would be preferable
