Account Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available at one of the fastest growing IT companies in Singapore. We are expanding and actively looking for a highly motivated individual for Account Executive to ensure smooth operations in the finance team. 

Responsibilities : 

• Processing daily transactions and update relevant data and transactions in the accounting and management system
• Maintaining accounting journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statement 
• Performing monthly closing of financial statement 
• Performing annual closing of financial statement 
• Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Monthly Income Tax Article 21, 23, 4(2), VAT
• Processing tax calculation and tax reporting for Annual Tax Return
• Processing disbursement requests and executing transaction to company's bank account
• Processing local invoicing to related customers
• Providing finance, accounting and tax administrative support
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned when required

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in business or accountancy. 
• Familiar with journal and financial reporting 
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience with accounting software systems preferred. 
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa 
• Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
