• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing regular updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Assist the Account Manager and Team Lead in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time, track progress, and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with the client's brand voice and strategy.
• Review content for accuracy, quality, and adherence to client guidelines.
• Actively participate in client and internal team meetings, host the meeting, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist the internal team in communicating with vendors, creators, or other third parties collaborating with us.
• Support the finance team in invoicing and prepare necessary documents related to invoicing.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably within a social media agency or related industry.
