Account Manager System Integrator

Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading ICT companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional for Account Manager (Service Provider). The job is based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop network infrastructure businesses in the ICT market
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both new and existing customer accounts
• Secure orders from the ICT market and meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Interact and work closely with technical support teams to provide excellent services to customers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Account Manager in the client's commercial market.
• Experience in selling infocomm solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Extensive networking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
