We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (AM) to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the digital and IT Software industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software sector, focusing on customized solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to craft and present compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and address client challenges.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring successful project kick-off.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to inform our business strategy.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets

Key Objectives

  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively positioning our customized software, web, app, and platform development services, as well our other digital services.
  • Expand our client base by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the IT software market.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's expertise and thought leadership in the customized software development space.
  • An ability to analyze Data to identify opportunities and to engage with clients is fundamental to the role. BDM will liaise both internally and externally to ensure excellence in execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT software industry, with a focus on customized solutions.
  • Strong understanding of customized software development , including web, app, and other software platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships , understanding their unique needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities , with a keen understanding of market trends and client challenges in the IT software sector.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and project management teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of initiating and driving business initiatives .
  • Familiarity with industry tools and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting .
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the business.
