Account Service Assistant Manager

Our client is a leading company in ATMs, they have created and globally deployed innovations leading to greater efficiency and improved service for financial institutions and other customers and users, including establishing a culture of banknote recycling in many countries and regions through cash recycling ATMs. Job Description: 

• Manage the relationships with customer. 
• Handle any complaints from customers and provide solutions to their issues.
• Handle the contract renewals with clients
• Create the monthly reports for all activities and help to monitor the PM schedule.
• Act has the project for any and all related projects.
• Conduct and monitor all sales activity for the company.

Requirements : 

• Education Background: Min. S1 from any major
• Has experience managing and leading a project 
• Detail Orientated
• Good communication skills 
• Good at processing customer data 
• Good negotiation and presentation skills 
• Proactive and initiative 
• Good team player 
• Minimum of 4 years experience in the same role 
• MUST HAVE: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
