About the department
The Sales team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia is made up of highly driven individuals who are passionate about changing diabetes. We work closely with other internal stakeholders to educate our customers on our products and the disease area. The position
As an Area Manager GLP-1 at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Manage a team to achieve sales targets aligned with company compliance principles and internal legal laws.
• Defend company's interests, confidentiality, and patients' secrets, ensuring the protection of business plans, ideas, and strategies against third parties.
• Utilize your strong concept-knowledge of Diabetes, Metabolic, or Cardiovascular products to effectively manage and promote our GLP-1 portfolio.
• Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
• Have high mobility within the country to effectively manage your area.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy/apothecary or other science background.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager with proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding and experience in managing products related to Diabetes, Metabolic, or Cardiovascular diseases.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Flexible and adaptable to high mobility within the country.
