👑 Job Role

• Solve pre-identified problems while coordinating with all stakeholders
• Create and own the product road map for RedDoorz Business or any stakeholders internally 
• Collaborate with business, finance and other product stakeholders and lead the partner ecosystem products
• Work with the engineering team to initiate engineering sprints and prioritize the scope of projects.
• Break down complex problems to drive product development at great speed.
• Define and measure the relevant metrics that define the success of products.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, or related internships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Enthusiasm for technology, user experience, and an eagerness to learn and grow in the product management field.
