1. As a Business Analyst - you will be involved in every aspect of the operation business development in the early stage. 

2. Collect, simulate, analyze, and interpret data into actionable insights. 

3. Collaborate with Sales Analyst, Project Manager, and other stakeholders to support impactful business decisions.

4. Provide stakeholders with data to support data-driven decision-making processes.

5. Regularly re-map as well as review query & insight dashboard, take initiative to address issues & challenges, and follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Ensure the availability of high quality data and insights across the company

7. Responsibility Using data analysis, market research, user feedback to find and define market needs and business strategy to set business metrics and improve process continuously. 

8. Analyze business requirements and identify business opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions. 

9. Responsible for managing product, including maintaining business and operation Align business and product goals in each stage Excellent team player for working crossing-functional teams our and external partners. 

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year work experience in Have working experience as Researcher, Consulting, CEO Office or other related fields in search roles.

2. Strong structured problem-solving skills and business acumen, Strong analytical and negotiation skill Problem-solving mindsets to get things done, Comfortable in translating business problems into actionable steps.

3. Highly proficient in data simulation tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet).

4. Proficient with SQL (especially Bigquery and PostgreSQL dialect) is a point plus.

5. Excellent English, Indonesia mother tongue;

6. Strong drive to self-learn and self-development

7. Highly proficient in making report (Power Point, Google Slide) for clients and management.

8. Passionate about the e-commerce and start-up industry and understand online market.

9. Accuracy and attention to detail, writing and communication skills.

10. Experience in Data Visualization.
