Job Description:
Ensure implementation on client is right on time
Conduct client meeting with Business Development
Prepare and conduct POC with internal and external (client)
Attend product requirement meeting and product demo
Coordinate with System Analyst for development effort & timeline requirement
Create mandays & timeline documentation
Create Project/Client documentation (gap analysis, objective project, business requirement, etc)
Ensure Customer Experience team handle client smoothly for after-sales service
Job Requirement: 1. Minimum 1 year working experience as the business consultant or similar role related to presales 2. Preferebly have an experience on HRIS implementation 3. Familiarity with business management software such as CRM, ERP, HRIS 4. Great communication and interpersonal skills 5. Can work under the pressure 6. Preferbly to having knowledge of diverse business areas and fields such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
