• Supporting with a variety of sales and administrative responsibilities
• Respond to company calls, message and emails
• Conduct research to identify new markets, products and customer needs
• Contact prospective clients, identify decision-makers
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Organize and attend meetings, take detailed notes 
• Provide reports Director
• Promote the company's product/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Support in preparing sales presentations and conduct preliminary sales meetings
• Organize travel & itineraries
• Support in developing and implementing systems and SOPs
• Learn to perform the Cryoskin & NMS treatments
• Conduct live demo at conferences and beauty centers
• Capacity to grow into trainer to teach others how to perform treatments
• Potential to grow into higher level sales role

⛩️ Requirements

• Superb interpersonal and communication skills (In Indonesian and English)
• Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Active listening and good communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Professional presentation of self and company
• Minimum 2 years experience as assistant, especially to sales team/business development
• Experience with beauty or medical is a plus
• Regular reporting to director
• Self motivated - must not require micro-management
• Willing to travel
• Able to ride scooter/motorbike
