About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Officer with a strong focus on account management and insurance claim to join our dynamic team. As an Client Relationship Officer you will be working with the IPS team and play a crucial role in client relationship to make Igloo become the future of insurance. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Coordinating with clients, insurance parties, and healthcare facilities (Faskes) in providing health insurance guarantee services.
  • Recapitulating reimbursement claims.
  • Recapitulating endorsement claims (additions & reductions) for client participants.
  • Assisting with red carpet services for VIP Member participants.
  • Assisting in resolving issues that occur in the field.
  • Maintaining client claim ratios no higher than 70%.
  • Keeping clients from moving to other brokers (competitors).
  • Ensuring there are no hard complaints in health insurance guarantees.
  • Being able to provide solutions in case of guarantee rejections/issues at healthcare facilities.

Job Requirements

  • Knowing several insurance and healthcare facility PICs (Persons in Charge) to provide the best service to clients.
  • Having strategies to maintain claim ratios.
  • Having strategies to provide the best service.
  • Understanding the procedure flow of health insurance guarantees.
