👑 Job Role

• Lead the team to strive to achieve targets set by management in terms of handling billing
• Determine a billing strategy that suits the account conditions at each billing stage (each bucket)
• Propose a policy deemed necessary to the country manager, COO and CEO
• Organize the division of tasks, develop and motivate subordinates, build synergy and good teamwork to achieve work department goals
• Examining and approving the credit settlement proposed by the department head, according to the authority held
• Provide reports to superiors regarding the progress of the performance of the team they lead
• Make decisions regarding problems, constraints and obstacles experienced by subordinates, which are related to the implementation of billing, organization, relationships with other work units, relationships with third parties, administrative processes, etc., within the limits of the authority held
• Responsible for all collection operations
• Responsible for coordinating reports, especially regarding collections
• Monitor the collection rate of billing on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Balancing the strategies that will be implemented with the availability of supporting facilities in work units as well as developing benchmark fibers to update billing quality to make it more competitive
• Monitor the implementation of strategies in each team and make adjustments according to their authority to achieve the targets that have been set.

⛩️ Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree any related major
• At least 3 year experience in collection industry, and have managed team with more that 100 agents
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Having plenty of management experience, preferable in Financial Industry Management experience and Collection Management experience
• Fluent in English
• Having ability to work accurately and independently towards a strict deadlines
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• AFPI’s Certification is preferred
