SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

• Position: Customer Service Agent
• Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
• Salary: Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 5.500.000

Deliveree is seeking experienced hires in customer service or fresh graduates with a 4-year undergraduate degree who are interested in kickstarting their career with an entry-level customer service role at Deliveree, Indonesia’s leading mobile-app logistics technology company. We consider all majors and no prior customer service experience is required.

If you are a fresh graduate, this is an excellent way to get experience for your first job out of university. Our Program will provide you with essential skills and a solid foundation of work experience that will be useful for any role in any industry in the future.

Our Booking Operations Center (BOC) is comprised of approximately 60 agents based in our Kemang headquarters in South Jakarta. Our BOC is further divided into 4 teams that perform specific communication, support, problem-solving, and quality control duties that are critical to the smooth operations of our busy online service marketplace that handles thousands of daily truck and cargo bookings.

If accepted into this position, you will be undergo 2-3 weeks of classroom training. Afterwards, you will be placed into one of our teams with mentors who will help further guide you. Expect to receive regular evaluations and feedback in order to provide you a roadmap to keep improving and growing as a professional.

• No minimum or maximum year of working experience
• GPA 3.0 or higher from any 4-year undergraduate program
