Customer Service Host to Host

Requirements:

1. Minimum D3 education in any major

2. Have a similar experience in same industry, especially host to host payment

3. Care and have good communication skills.

4. Honest, sociable, friendly and neat in appearance.

5. Willing to work in a shift system

Responsibilities:

1. Answer all confirmations clearly, accurately and on target, motivating customers to continue to be enthusiastic about carrying out transactions

2. Manage, distribute, screen market and partner requests to achieve company goals

3. Carrying out real-time reporting on all updated conditions and forwarding them to related parties

4. Responsible for organizing and ensuring the distribution and screening and analysis of customer complaints

5. Growing will in terms of customer satisfaction based on fast, precise, insurance and good endings
