We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven IT Project Manager to oversee our software development projects. In this role you will be the linchpin ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope contributing to our continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery Excellence: Oversee the endtoend delivery of software development projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with Product Managers and crossfunctional teams to provide timely updates to senior management track progress and facilitate product releases.
• Operational Coordination: Gather insights from various teams including business development operations and sales to refine project execution and deliver exceptional results.
• Strategic Planning: Define project requirements establish key milestones and produce essential documentation ensuring clarity and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Agile Champion: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster an environment of continuous improvement to streamline processes and enhance team performance.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress proactively identify potential issues and ensure that any challenges are addressed promptly maintaining the integrity of the delivery pipeline.
