E-Commerce Virtual Category Manager

Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.

As a Senior Virtual Category Manager you will oversee and drive the growth of our virtual business services portfolio which includes categories such as telecommunications utilities transportation and online ticketing. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

1. DataDriven Strategy and Analysis: Leverage deep industry insights and comprehensive data analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
2. Project and Strategy Implementation: Take charge of core project execution strategic initiatives and marketing activities ensuring successful outcomes and meeting KPIs.
3. Supplier and Inventory Management: Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships ensure product availability and address supply chain challenges efficiently.
4. Team Leadership and Development: Lead mentor and expand the local operations team to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
5. Adhoc Projects: Manage special projects including market research and potential acquisitions contributing to strategic decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations digital product management or business analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of the ecommerce and digital services industries.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
