Job Descriptions:

• Provide administrative support to both the Sales & Catering Sales Manager
• Prepare and distribute quotation, form order and invoice
• Complete daily and weekly sales reports
• Provide information and solution about Arka Group’s product knowledge to customer
• Verify and communicates group daily event
• Collect customer feedback to be analyzed further

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related major
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in analyze sales data F&B
• Excellent data sales administration
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, E-mail)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creative and innovative thinking
• Experience in meeting deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required
• Willing to be placed in BSD City
