Final Verificator (SME)

Description

• Primarily responsible in performing preparatory work related to the loan disbursement processes.
• Verifying the suitability of customer application data with identity documents, collateral, loans and completeness of documents required in the credit acquisition process include TBO Document responsibility.
• Monitoring and adjusting entries for accruals, amortizations, depreciation, cost/fee deduction, other servicing costs and fund transfers.
• Maintain the daily targeted numbers of incoming applications to be reviewed as well as committed SLA.
• Identify for any data error or unreconcile items between report and data and preparing bank reconcilement in daily/weekly/monthly process.
• Ensure all the documentation, approval and all necessary data has been filled out in the system properly before doing disbursement.
• Prepare disbursement report in daily basis as per required template in timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimal qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an outstanding GPA (preferred fields are accounting, finance, or business administration).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis placed on administrative and documentation abilities.
• Prior experience in lending operations within the financial sector, with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen interest in data analysis, displaying high levels of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
• Demonstrates a dedication to producing high-quality work, consistently exceeding expectations, even in fast-paced environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey process recommendations within the operational area.
