1. Finance Ops (Reconciliation)
2. Lead Finance Ops

What you will do:

As Finance Ops (Reconciliation) ,

1. Prepare various reconciliation reports on a daily basis from Bank, Payment Providers and Meta. Reports including but not limited to New Client P&L, Client Money Reconciliation, Daily P&L per Client, Daily Cash Reconciliation, Liquidity Report, and other reconciliation/tracking reports.
2. Preparing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as assigned.
3. Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans.
4. UAT testing on the client platform for technology upgrades.
5. Liaise with payment providers and banks.
6. Collaborate with other business functions and departments to ensure that finance operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall objectives and priorities.

As Lead Finance Ops ,

1. Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards.
2. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting obligations within the forex trading industry.
3. Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to financial processes.
4. Supervise and manage daily transaction processing, including trade settlements, reconciliations, and accounting entries related to forex trading activities. Prepare various reconciliation reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from Bank, Payment Providers and Meta. Reports including but not limited to New Client P&L, Client Money Reconciliation, Daily P&L per Client, Daily Cash Reconciliation, Liquidity Report, and other reconciliation/tracking reports.
5. Maintain a robust system for record-keeping and documentation of financial transactions, ensuring audit trails are accurate and accessible.
6. Facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
7. Implement audit recommendations and improvements to enhance the overall integrity of financial reporting.
8. Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate financial risks associated with forex trading operations.
9. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
10. Optimize cash flow forecasting and management, considering the dynamic nature of forex trading activities.
11. Coordinate with treasury functions to ensure adequate liquidity for trading activities and other operational needs.
12. Lead and mentor the finance operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
13. Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide training as needed to ensure the team's professional development.

What you will need:

As Finance Ops (Reconciliation) ,

• Min. a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field that requires analytical thinking skill.
• Min. 1 year of relevant work experience, particularly in Data Reconciliation, Data Analyst and/or Finance/Accounting/Tax.
• Possess critical knowledge of basic finance issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
• Understand basic financial regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in the forex trading industry, such as anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
• Familiarity using MetaTrader 4 & 5.
• Familiarity with payment gateway and banking system.

As Lead Finance Ops ,

• Min. a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics, or a related field that requires analytical thinking skill.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in Data Reconciliation, Account Payable/Account Receivable, Data Analyst and/or Finance/Accounting/Tax.
• Min. 1 year of leadership experience, at least small team (1-2 members).
• Have background in the financial technology industry, preferably forex trading or any other financial investment tools.
• Possess critical knowledge of finance issues, preferably someone who is familiar with international finance and finance regulation knowledge.
• Master the utilization of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
