Job Responsibility Food Court Space Leasing:

Job Role

• Building a good relationship with tenants (UMKM) and make sure the tenants enlisted follow AEON's regulations (Code of Conduct)
• Negotiation with tenants on new menus and controlling check shelling area.
• Promotion : Planning biweekly promotional item. Ensure all the highlight item, new arrival and promotion merchandise display the price tag at selling floor with full volume and attractive display
• Reporting : Checking tenants sales regularly (weekly, monthly and yearly). Determines operational sales by reviewing profit and loss report monthly
• Analyzing : Analyze sales result and fast moving-non moving items. Analyze promotion items with customer needs. Plan new products that keep up with food trend.
• Maintain department administration and paperwork
• Follow up stock issue with suppliers and operation
• To perform any additional tasks and support had instructed to Accomplish the company's goals

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree with any major
• Having min. 4 years experience in relevant with Food Court Lease/Commercial Space Lease or relevant position from mall or retail background is advantage.
• Good operating with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication, Fluent in English
• Having Analytical thinking, People Management, Complain Handling, Problem solving and Profit Control skill.
• Deadline oriented
• Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques
• Experience in the delicatessen industry and understand retail insight is a plus
• Passionate about food/culinary would be advantage
