👑 Job Role

• Manage office facilities and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing documents, managing office supplies, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
• Oversee company assets, including insurance list, inventory tracking, record maintenance, and regular audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Manage company vehicles, including scheduling drivers, car service & maintenance, and insurance.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Monitor office expenses and prepare expense reports.
• Liaise with Finance, Accounting & Tax, and Procurement departments for GA purchase and asset maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet their general affairs needs.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/ project management, is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in relevant position
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Advance in ms. excel/G-sheet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with SAP system preferred.
