'BLive is an all-in-one solution for digital nomads, where working space, accommodation and entertainment all provided in one platforms giving a unique Bali leisure experience. BLive will focusing on healing for both Physical and Mind, connecting Global Talents and Businesses, and providing unique comfort experience.

We're also preparing to build a new business of Sports Community Center, and a Resort concept of Healing.

■ Vision

1) The leader of this team will become the Leadership position to lead the Daewoong business in Indonesia as well as theB-work, B-live, B-villa, Community Business.
2) The Leader have open opportunity to expand the responsibility to other business in Bali based on the capacity and experience.
3) Possibility of expanded global business based on successful experience in Indonesia.
4) Working under global business and global network environment.

[General Manager Co-working]

■ Responsibilities:

Main Task :
1) Create Goals of the business and communicate with CEO & staff members
2) Create & manage financial budget (monthly and annually)
3) Overseeing daily operations
4) Evaluating performance and productivity
5) Analyzing accounting and financial data
6) Developing and implementing growth strategies
7) Researching and identifying growth opportunities
8) Generating reports and giving presentations for HQ and CEO
9) Improving revenue and cost efficiency

Other Task :
1) Constant communication with CEO and shared service (HR, Legal & Acct.) in Jakarta
2) Handle all elevated complaints and issue over the Managers and ensure follow up
3) Assist and guide Operational Manager & Facility & Admin Manager with operations.
4) Build excellent public and internal rapport/relationship with positive image
5) Manpower Hiring pitch, proposal and decision

■ Qualifications

[REQUIRED]

1) A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related fields is typically preferred.
2) Min 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
3) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff, build a cohesive team, and foster a positive work environment.
3) Excellent communication skills to engage with members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively
4) Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
5) Capacity to develop innovative strategies for marketing, events, and community engagement to differentiate the coworking space and enhance its appeal to potential members.

[PREFERRED]

1) Strong relationship-building skills to cultivate a supportive and collaborative community among members.

■ Work Location: Canggu, Bali

[General Manager Co-living(B-live)]

■ Responsibilities:

Main Task :
1) Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives.
2) Supervise coliving operations according to the organizational chart.
3) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
4) Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction by ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
5) Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff across various departments.
6) Manage hotel finances by preparing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
7) Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.


Other Task :
1) Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
2) Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the hotel.
3) Build positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and government agencies to enhance the hotel's reputation and contribute to its success.

■ Qualifications

[REQUIRED]

1) Min 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
2) Experienced hotel professional with strong management skills.
3) University degree in hotel management or related field.
4) Extensive experience in hotel management, including luxury and international settings.
5) Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

■ Work Location: Canggu, Bali
