General Services Section Head - BSD

Job Descriptions:

• Create a work plan for implementing Housekeeping and Security & Parking.
  
• Create an annual budget
• Make regular reports on the implementation of activities.
• Control the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervise their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
• Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping, Security & Parking subcontractors.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any majors.
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as chief General Services in a shopping center/Retail Building.
• Experienced in leading the Housekeeping, Security & Parking Team in the management of the Building.
• Experienced in coordinating with agencies related to licensing and GA Building.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
