Strategic Position that will be part to build SMB Banking Product from scratch. Expected to plug & play understand market, customer behavior, manage customer platform, security, & banking system works + closely collaborate with C-Level while handling internal squad & external partners. The first stage will involve assembling an internal squad team & collaborating with an outsource team (Design & Engineers).

Responsibilities:

• Alignment to company’s vision, objective & key result
• Opportunity Discovery (Research, Data Analysis, Define Product/Feature Concept, Concept Testing) collaborate with UXR, Data Team, & Designer
• Determine Product Strategy & Roadmapping together with business & C-Team
• Product Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Inform)
• Manage internal & external IT development team to ensure product delivery according to plan
• Maintain & monitoring product performance & experience
• Iteration through experiment & research to achieve key result
• Directly responsible for team of designer, ux researcher, and product owners (Head)
• Team Structuring & Staffing
• Determine Product Strategy with business & C-Team
• Product Vision & OKR Setting
• Team Culture Building
• Closely monitor & Improve product team performance
• Iteration through experiment & research to achieve key result

Requirements:

• Experienced collaborate directly with C-Level
• Experienced Managing Multiple Product Owners for 2 years
• Experienced managed new product development from discovery, delivery to iteration
• Experienced managed customer front-facing product
• Applied data inform product management with clear key result
• Understand end-to-end how the liabilities product (funding) as well as asset product (lending) system works in banking, including core banking fundamentals, interconnectedness with surroundings (switching, card management system, HSM, promo management, etc.)
• Familiar with SCRUM & closely collaborate with internal development team
• Experience with A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing

Bonus Point:

• Experienced building Small Medium Business Banking digital products
• Experienced in managing partner systems & SAAS products like POS, HR Systems, Accounting System.
• MBA Graduated
• Understand Small Medium Business Market Behavior as well as SAP System.
• Knows system security fundamentals
• Knows fraud detection & prevention from customer onboarding, KYC to transaction
• Knows POJK, BI, and other regulation related fintech & banking
• Have experienced in experimental product management (A/B & Multivariate Testing)
• Knows Indonesian Banking & Fintech Market
• Involved in product discovery & has collaborate with UXR
