• 14+ years of IT enterprise architecture experience in Enterprise Applications across various technologies like .NET/Java/Python, preferred Cloud based applications
• Experience and/or deeper understanding in one or more technology areas. Specific knowledge in multiple technology domain areas (e.g., software development/architecture, systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, cloud security, data & analytics).
• Lead a team of architects within the business, information, application, and technology architecture disciplines and must be able to clearly explain the benefits of an architectural approach.
• May participate as a technical architect or member of Technical Review Board and develops standards, sets information technology innovation vision, and develops and executes criteria for invest vs. divest decisions on technology in the Healthcare domain
• Transforms business requirements into technical architecture requirements, and designs application architectures which are scalable, robust, and manageable, while balancing the price/performance Provides technical guidance or business process expertise, technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
• Strong skills in Application development, Solution Architecture and Azure/AWS cloud. Ability to stich solutions using various services and technologies. Exposure to Healthcare domain is an advantage - Healthcare IoT, Provider, US Payers domain and workflows, Applications and architectural needs for digital consumer engagement and Data Management
• Ability to build enterprise healthcare applications with knowledge on clinical understanding and EMR integrations
• Understanding on HIPAA and HITECH standards and experience in building applications in compliance with the same.
• Ability to work with healthcare entities stakeholders to conduct JAD, JAR sessions in building applications. In addition, demonstrate architectural views to clients and other stakeholders
• Monitor current and future technology trends and make recommendations of solutions and standards that meet the business needs and drives improvements
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills, and experience interacting with both business and technology teams, at all levels.
• Understand the significant industry shifts taking place in the current landscape, and be able to design forward-thinking, innovative and impactful solutions.
• Should work extensively based out of Bangalore – Koramangala Bosch office.

Skills

• Minimum 6 years of IT enterprise architecture experience in Enterprise Applications, preferred Cloud based applications in the Healthcare domain.
• Minimum 10 years’ demonstrated experience in multiple disciplines such as Cloud Services/Applications, Web, Rest APIs, Low-Code, SOA in the Health care domain industries
• Generic Skills: Leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills, Communication, and demonstration skills, etc.
• Business Skills & Methods: Business capability models, Business cases, Business scenario, Business Analysis, Requirement management, Business Strategy, Business metrics, etc.,
• Program or Project Management: Project management methods and tools etc.,
• Technical/ IT: Applications, migration planning, SLAs, software engineering, security architecture, data management, etc.
• Healthcare Legal Environment: — Legal and compliance requirements (HIPPA, GDPR, HITRUST)
• Cloud native architectures –microservices, serverless architectures
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures, principles, and patterns
• Passion and experience applying emerging technologies (e.g. IOMT, Remote Healthcare, Wearables, Chatbots.) to generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
• Experience with architecting enterprise systems, event-driven architecture using Cloud platform (Azure/AWS)
• Hands on full stack development and Technical Ownership on end-to-end architecture and solution development right from creating prototype to a tangible solutions & applications
• Evaluates the impact of relevant emerging technology and business trends.

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in EE/CS/Biomedical Engineering with strong software skills
