Novotel Bali Benoa Job Description

• Manage all F&B Department and day-to-day (4 outlets and 1 meeting room) operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Maintaining high Level of HACCP standard of FB daily operation

Work Experience

• Indonesia Nationality
• At Least 2 Years Experience in the same position
• Experienced in Resort property especially in Bali Would be an advantage
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
