As part of the Alila Hotels and Resorts family, we are committed to providing exceptional service and unforgettable moments for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the resort. The Personal Assistant will serve as a trusted confidant and right-hand person to the General Manager, handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Qualifications
Qualifications: • Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor. • High level of proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and ability to adapt to new tools and technology. • Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role. • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and willingness to assist with urgent matters as they arise. • Previous experience in a luxury resort or upscale hospitality environment is an advantage.
