👑 Job Role

• Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement.
• Implement & and monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and identify all operational findings/issues in inventory.
• Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the Finance team.
• Manage time scheduling & and directly control inventory staff on day-to-day operations.
• Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimizes the inventory position.
• Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive the process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, and documented results.
• Work closely with management, Operations, Technology, and Finance on inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations and accountability of stock across the network.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Controller from a Retail, Logistic, or E-commerce background.
• Highly motivated with the "never-give-up" and growth mindset.
• Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment.
• Quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating exceptional level communication with key stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
