• Monitoring SLA Investigation (Blind & Field Investigaton)
• Conduct Field Investigation
• Provide all reports related to investigation
• Review investigation case before investigation process
• Review investigation results & Approve based on authority limit

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education in S1
• Have at least 5 years experience in Insurance industry
