Job Responsibilities

Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials to support system implementation and maintenance.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of Epicor system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.

Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Epicor implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with Epicor system updates and industry best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance system performance and meet evolving business needs.

Communication : Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
