👑 Job Role

The Opportunity: As Jr. CRM Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Team especially on Digital Team. This role would be helping the marketing team to boost up the transaction using CRM tools to support the business process.

What You Will Do:

• Build and implement complex life cycle journeys & test plans via multiple channels such as email, SMS, Push, and In-App as per campaign calendar.
• Targeting segmented audiences by delivering marketing campaigns, both promotional and non-promotional, with multiple platforms for Email, Push Notification, In App and WhatsApp through CRM tools.
• Maintain, monitor and optimize CRM projects.
• Be responsible for monitoring and managing all daily campaigns (operations and performance).

⛩️ Requirements

• Proven experience 1-2+ years in CRM implementation, strategy development, data analysis, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (i.e, Braze, Clevertap, MoEngage, Insider, anything similar) is a must.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail to manage the integrity of the CRM data.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• You have good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication.
• Customer-centric oriented.
• Professionalism and experience working with various internal stakeholders & teams.
