Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is doing services to growing-lifestyle hospitality companies and now looking for Legal Supervisor with qualifications and job details below:
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Understand legal matters for Private Company and Corporate Action
Have experience handles with business permits
Have a comprehend knowledge about Limited Company Law, Business Law and Civil Law.
Strong in analytical skill. Job Details:
Review documents related to corporate action (Minutes and Circular of RUPST and RUPSLB).
Review power of attorney.
Do legal research.
Provide legal opinion to related users.
Maintain legal document database.
Analyze development and implementation of system in corporate legal. Compensation – Benefits:
