Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Procurement Staff

Job Description:

  • Prepare a list of purchases of goods/services needed by employees.
  • Coordination with the procurement team/junior staff regarding the purchase of goods.
  • Categorize purchase lists and compile a list of vendors providing goods or services.
  • Request purchase approval from management or the finance team regarding the proposed budget.
  • Contact and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to get the best offer.
  • Analyze the most profitable offers.
  • Create order documents or purchase orders (PO) and send them to suppliers/vendors.
  • Track and ensure delivery or work execution goes well.
  • Check the quality of goods/services in accordance with the purchase contract/PO.
  • Document purchasing/PO documents.
  • Communicate with the logistics department for recording incoming goods, and the finance department for payment of goods/services.
  • Conduct performance reviews of the purchasing process

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years as procurement/purchasing
  • Familiar with Odoo ERP applications (preferred)
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Have a leadership spirit, thorough, honest and agile.
  • Have good negotiation, communication and adaptation skills.
  • Able to work individually and in a team
