Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team as an early member, as we build out our presence in Indonesia. You will be an integral part of our Indonesian expansion and help to build our sales development practice. This is a full-time remote role. The Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads and working with prospects and clients. You'll use these conversations to learn about their current challenges with the ultimate goal of securing appointments for further talks and demos with the sales team.
At PT Mega Expansi Asia Pacifik you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing sales opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals with a hunter skill set or background who wants to further develop their sales career. We provide extensive training and development, with a clear path for advancement to become one of our Business Development Managers, Account Executives or our Events Manager.
Qualifications
Strong skills in inside sales, lead generation, and communication
Experience in cold calling mandatory
Over-Achievement: A proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and goals
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in business development and sales
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and techniques
Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesian (Mandarin is a bonus)
