Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Junior Customer Support

SENRI Limited, a global B2B SaaS company originating from Japan and operating in the ICT sector, is currently seeking dedicated professionals for the role of Customer Support in our Indonesian branch.

We're seeking candidates of customer support processes and a passion for problem-solving. We welcome fresh graduate who is interested in gaining practical industry experience.

Scope of Work

  • Leading the onboarding process for new corporate customers, which includes comprehensive product setup, training, and technical support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Providing continuous value to our existing customers through various means such as monitoring user engagement, troubleshooting issues, generating and dispatching insightful reports, and maintaining regular communication with senior management of our client organizations.
  • Liaising with our technical team to relay customer feedback and collaborate on resolving any technical issues, thus ensuring our solutions continue to meet customer needs.
  • Performing related administrative duties as required, ensuring the smooth running of our customer support operations.

Required experiences

  • Proficiency in English at a business level, ensuring smooth communication within our global team and with our international clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and comprehensively understand new products and services, with the capability to effectively explain these to prospective clients.
  • Practical experience in the use of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenging situations and deliver effective solutions. 

Bonus Points

  • Experience as a customer support role in IT Saas and B2B environments.
  • Previous work experience in a multinational company.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in data management and computer science.
